Everyone has felt it before! Move: naturally when one experiences boredom, naturally there is a depletion in the disposal of energy, so in other to end this get and get involved in an exercise immediately, don't sit and think of an exercise or a routine to follow, because if you do, you will end up not doing anything, at all. Vision board: visuals are very important at reviving your mental strength, looking into your vision board, gets your memory revived reminding you of the goals you have set for your life, it gives you a reflection of your past wins and how well your life has been spent, it makes you realize that time of necessity and once lost can't be regained, obviously every man occupied with something to do can't entertain boredom, especially when it has to do with his purpose for life, IDLENESS IS A MAJOR FACILITATOR OF BOREDOM! 

3. Infuse passion; get to make a list of the things that you are passionate about, topics like religion, your hobbies, issues of life that you have really done work on, documentaries which you have written in the past.

4. Lastly serve; a more certified way of getting out of boredom is by helping others to, may trying to prepare a nice and memorable meal for your family members or friends will really help, try to give someone an advice, coaching or orienting younger ones would go a long way and create a lasting impact.
