 2. Create a plan; a plan acts more like a guideline to help you get to your desired destination, a plan contains the skills you need, to he tools or assets you need, the kind of investments, the kind of team or people that you need to carry along so as to achieve the vision. 

 3. Association; not everyone has a destination to go to some just want to make sure they are not alone, so the drag you along, you should be aware of this because if you join five fools after the fifth year you become the sixth one.

 4. Chose your library; the library in this context refers to the things you hear, watch and read! This is very important because your thoughts, actions, and responses to the situation are controlled by what has been preinstalled, so determine and organize your library according to where you are going to!
