Can someone ever live in this world without getting criticized well the answer is a Big No, critics can never ever be avoided, it doesn't matter how cold you are or excellent in your craft, successful or even unsuccessful, introvert or an extrovert, tall or short, always going to the gym five times a week or sitting on your couch every night with the television, sir/ ma you will be criticized, people will always find a reason whatsoever to project their insecurities and negativity towards you! 

Everyone will always love to get validation from people, in fact, there is always an inner feeling that springs up when you get that acceptance from all, but for one or two reasons nature made it that way for you not to get total acceptance, so In other to tackle this awful feeling of rejection and criticism you did to tactical development a means of always defeating it.

First and foremost you need to learn that the biggest critic you will ever have to face is yourself; getting past your vulnerability and insecurities is a major challenge for many, to a great extent your fears could limit you, especially when you have been faced with similar challenges where you failed, getting past this is a major requirement, if you must surpass critics from others, you have to accept and love yourself first before anyone begins to love you.

The true fact about criticism; is that it's always in your head, apparently, the tendency to hold in negative comments than positive ones is very high according to Roy Baumeister and Florida state university researchers; the said that we remember negative emotions much more strongly and more vivid in details than the positive 

Here are a few tips to help you conquer criticism swiftly; 
1. Don't be the hater; obviously we live in circles of every seed that we have down over time, so if you're someone who is used to be frequent on throwing judgments at peoples work and lifestyle, there is every possibility that you would also get the same over time.

2. Focus on the road, not the path; according to Mario Andretti, world most successful race driver, who won the Indianapolis 500, Daytona 500, formula one world championship and pike's peak International hill climb he said that every car goes where the eyes move to, so keep your eyes on the wall you will crash into it.So put your eyes off critics.

3. Surprise them with kindness; one very intelligent way of waving off critics and turning them to fans is by showing them more love and giving them the impression of you not being up to standard.

4. Make the choices that are right; there is one established fact that's people will always talk regardless of how good you are after all that is what the mouth is meant for, so make that right decision for your life regardless of what other people will say.
